Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

At The Rooted Culture, every product is made-to-order and printed specifically for you after your order is placed. Due to the customized and print-on-demand nature of our products, all sales are considered final.

No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for:

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer.

  • Change of mind after purchase.

  • Personal preferences regarding design, fit, or color.

  • Orders placed by mistake.

  • Delayed delivery caused by courier partners.

  • Minor color variations due to screen settings, lighting conditions, or the DTG printing process.

Please review the size chart carefully before placing your order.

Custom Printed Products

All products sold on The Rooted Culture are custom printed after an order is placed. Therefore, returns, exchanges, or refunds are not available for custom printed products unless the item received is defective, damaged, misprinted, or incorrect.

Eligible Cases for Replacement or Refund

A replacement or refund may be approved only if:

  • The product is damaged upon delivery.

  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

  • The product contains a printing defect or misprint.

  • The wrong item was delivered.

Claim Requirements

To be eligible for a replacement or refund, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

  • A complete and uninterrupted unboxing video starting before the package is opened.

  • Clear photographs showing the issue.

  • Photographs of the product packaging and shipping label.

Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video may be rejected if the issue cannot be independently verified.

Claim Review Process

All claims are reviewed by our support team. If the claim is verified and approved, we may provide either:

  • A replacement product, or

  • A refund to the original payment method.

The final resolution will be determined based on the nature of the issue.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be initiated within 2 business days after claim approval.

Once processed, refunds generally reflect in the original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on the customer's bank or payment provider.

Sale & Promotional Orders

Products purchased during sales, promotional campaigns, clearance events, limited-edition drops, or using discount codes are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless the item is defective, damaged, misprinted, or incorrectly delivered.
